I saw the trailer for Urbance http://steambotstudios.com/urbance/ on tumblr and I am going nuts! I looove the way the use color as light! And the Animation contrasts the 3D city tastefully! I love it! I just hope it has a good storyline!!!

just a fascination in design and textile engineering. I like that it is so practical for battle rater than purely decorational. It is an impressive feat of design.

in design, it is a fusion of the three kinds of "primitive" plate (scale, lamellar, and laminar) and of three different cultural sources (Chinese, Japanese, and Roman, respectively). It is the first full torso suit I've made, and (afaik) only one of its kind. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out (though I did make it too heavy) and am delighted with the level of protection it gives with so little restriction on motion.
